Service

QuoteLane provides online proposal creation, delivery, e-signatures, follow-up automation, and related tools. Features vary by plan. New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial unless otherwise stated.

Your content

You retain ownership of proposals, templates, and client data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and transmit that content solely to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuoteLane for unlawful purposes, spam, or to send misleading proposals. You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, terms, and legal content in your proposals.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled from Settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading keeps your data; some Pro features may be limited on lower tiers.
